As Digital Signal Processing algorithms find their way into high-complexity military, commercial and consumer applications, researchers and developers are discovering the limitations of traditional Digital Signal Processors to satisfy performance requirements. The processing complexity in many of these applications requires massive parallelism to perform complex Digital Signal Processing functions in real time. In addition, the constant changes in standards and processing complexity require unique skills to bring innovative ideas to market. We are interested in improving the real-time performance of complex algorithms for communication and signal processing systems.
